ALOK MEHTA a year ago The organization I would say is professional and have good reach from database perspective. Although they are not very prompt in reverting but that strictly boils down to staff strength and ability to multitasking, which I did face. Having said that a bit of this short falling if given a benefit of doubt than I would suggest this agency is far more dedicated, professional and is here to stay attitude i gathered. To top it all to get a caretaker for my mom who's going through almost a life time dementia treatment is not a easy task to find a match for but this organization did it and also after sales service is been remarkable. Although they are not very prompt in reverting but that strictly boils down to staff strength and ability to multitasking, which I did face. Having said that a bit of this short falling if given a benefit of doubt than I would suggest this agency is far more dedicated, professional and is here to stay attitude i gathered. To top it all to get a caretaker for my mom who's going through almost a life time dementia treatment is not a easy task to find a match for but this organization did it and also after sales service is been remarkable. The quality of maids provided is very good. Also there seems to be a very good relation between the agency and maids. The maid which i got typically worked for 3 months and then due to her family reasons she gave 15 days notice period and then left the job. The agency then immediately came in to action and provided me with the replacements. The average time taken by agency to provide replacement was only 3 days in my case. So the clients did not need t worry about there daily work. While from another agency the strategy is that at the time of taking yearly service charge from the clients, they send one fixed maid to extract the service charge and when the payment to agency is made by client, the maid will suddenly leave the job but here the experiences are totally opposite to other agencies ,they are really genuine peoples which really work on us and provides a suitable maid and replacements too I highly recommend this agency to all of you.

I would definitely recommend this service to others. The customer care support and executives promptly respond to your needs. I was given few trials before finally hiring one of them. I do appreciate that the company tries to safeguard the interest of domestic helper. But they need to modify their policies to cater to their clients interest as well. They should also address the concerns of service class people, who are paying income tax plus GST. The company is charging 18% GST plus one salary of the helper. I would give full rating to the customer care but 4/5 for the company

The maid I finalized is doing a good job and is also very reliable and very trustworthy too. Only a single con with is the placement charge as they charge one month fees plus GST and that too needs to be paid within 2 days of joining of the maid which sometimes might not work out as u might not find the maid suitable after a week or so.But in my case till now all things are fine and hope it will be good in the future too.
